Texas Approves a $4.93 Billion Wind-Power Project

Texas regulators have approved a $4.93 billion wind-power transmission project, providing a major lift to the development of wind energy in the state.

I would imagine that this project will create a return of ten times the 4 billion in jobs. The reason why I decided to post this is that States, Cities, and Counties can take the lead in job growth.

The idea that the federal government will have the answers leaves States, Cities, and Counties awaiting the same fate as Detroit.

Texas by lowering the cost of electric will facilitate job growth. That simple.

Texas will also have the capacity to transform to electric hybrid technology when these farms spin at night.

CA, FL, and TX will eventually do what the Federal government could not do, fashion a rational energy policy that the rest of the states can follow.
