VOTE YES

You may not like reality but you have to accept it at face value. All of my reading of Irving Fisher, Krondratieff, Keynesian Theory, and Friedrich Hayek leads me to be certain that if these people werre faced with this vote, they would vote yes.

The circumstances that got this nation to where we are is not the issue behind the vote. I think that Paulson and Bernanke have done the right thing, that in a once in a 70 year cycle of debt repudiation that they made the right call.

I never pander, never suck up, but know from working in international finance and options trading, that this is the right thing to do though politically unpopular.

"Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear."

Courage is a conviction when you know that something is right or wrong and that there is only one choice in right and wrong.

It is not as if there is a jet flying circles around your farm at ridiculous altitudes, with nefarious tail numbers, it is not the adversity of standing up to an irrational zoning board, it is not five or six years of abusive investigations, no.. this is a simple vote.

Vote yes.

This is no time to play politics with mathematical certaintees and the offset of destroyed assets make this 700B a wash as far as inflation goes.

This is no damn game, this is the gravest existential threat this nation has faced in probably 50 years as the "math" is as elusive as any "imaginary" threat or political one, rooted in reality, of our own making, and relentless.

No time for politics, vote yes.
