This is going to take days to count all the votes. The Powell endorsement and fall in real estate values in Hartford Co. will made this race the story after the election. A poorly run campaign by McCain, poor choice of VP, and myoptic polls in MD where the results have historically been wrong because of the geo-district of the 1st.
My bet, it takes a week and Harris pays for the recount.
